What is AOHUPO?

The Asia Oceania Human Proteome Organisation (AOHUPO) the regional affiliate of HUPO — the global Human Proteome Organization — with the broad objective to promote and coordinate activities relevant to the regional proteomics community. Our work focuses the following key areas:

Scientific congresses

AOHUPO hosts a biennial congress, rotating across member countries — building the scientific community through in-person attendance since 2002.

Knowledge dissemination

AOHUPO identifies research trends and themes, and showcase these through a biennial conference hosted by different countries across the region

Research collaboration

AOHUPO promotes research collaboration among regional members resulting from our congress and education activities.
